Norellix is intentionally a studio of one. We don't run a hiring funnel. We don't post job openings on LinkedIn. We don't grow for the sake of growing.

What we do keep is a small, private bench of trusted operators, designers, and engineers we've worked with for years. When a client engagement needs a specialist, we pull from that bench. That bench is closed by default.
